Questions? Call us at (772) 286-5300. We're happy to walk you through it.

How do I know which part I need?

Find the serial number or model number on your outrigger base or system and check our support page for the corresponding diagram. Can't find a number, or still not sure? Send us a photo of the broken or missing part, or call us with the serial or model number, and we'll help figure it out.

What if my product is older than 10 years?

Call us. We've shipped parts for products that are decades old — we keep more stock than you'd expect.

Do these parts come with installation instructions?

Small repair parts don't, but we do have diagrams available for download that show where they go. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll send you what you need or walk you through it on the phone.

Can I repair this myself?

Typically, yes — every Rupp product is designed to be serviced with basic tools. Bolts, bushings, and pole replacements are easy DIY jobs. Hydraulic and electrical work usually calls for someone with experience. Not sure which category yours falls into? Call us and we'll tell you straight.
